In tribute to their grandmother, Marguerite Buisson, having brought in his dowry some vines of Meursault, this cuvée bears his first name. It is the assembly of parcels of “Chevalières” and “lugs” which are one next to each other. The vineyards, located 300 meters above sea level, on a pretty cold terroir, are the same for more than a century. They give a very balanced white wine that offers both a good tension, a frank structure while bringing a lot of flexibility and a little fat. This fluid wine with hazelnut aromas, with saline and grilled notes has the elegant distinction of those who can age in another 12 or 15 years.
