The presentation and tasting of AYALA Champagne, organized from Cava LA BODEGA, was really unique.
This presentation was made by the Manager of AYALA House himself, who came for this particular purpose. He gave a full information about AYALA production and helped everyone to discover this very complex range of wine and presented how to serve and keep properly this famous Champagne. A lot of Cava’s customers had the opportunity to taste completely free the AYALA Brut Majeur – known as the finest expression of the Champagne AYALA style, and AYALA Rose Majeur – the wine of love , tenderness and happiness , which charms everyone with its finesse and elegance. Indeed, Ayala Champagne is above all considered as a wine, a great wine which has to fully express its aromas and its bouquet, a wine for wine lovers who share the same passion.
